Science Fantasy Space Opera
YA survival story in alien worlds

Discovery -Prelude To A New Era
is a science fantasy adventure that takes readers deep into the infinite universe. Long ago, a message was left in the darkness of eternity. The awakening of that message sets off a chain of events that will change the future of humanity and many other species.
A small, lone spaceship interprets that message and follows its guidance. Moving invisibly through the Milky Way, it detects two marked individuals on Earth.
As the prophecy directs, it abducts those individuals, two young people who have been mystically bound together by fate. However, not everything goes according to plan, and the chosen ones are transferred from one spaceship to another, ending up on an ancient, sun-scorched planet.
While traveling with the conquerors, abducted youngsters uncover many aspects of the cosmos' nature, the history of humanity, and the eternal cycle of matter and energy, life and death. They hear stories of big battles fought for control of planets, galaxies, and the universe. They witness the conquest of worlds, the manipulation and subjugation of species, and the suppression of free will.
Along the way, they encounter beings they once believed to exist only in myths. They hear a mysterious story about a little fairy who vanished long ago, and in the darkening night, a terrifying roar reaches their ears—a sound echoing deep in human memory, stirring primal fear and respect.
In a moment of deep despair, they discover an unexpected riddle—a mystery that may bring them closer to return. It reignites their hope and desire to survive.
Most of the intelligent aliens they encounter are highly evolved and originated long before our known universe was even created. There is no time in eternity — there is only event after event. A chain of events where each one has its meaning and where every choice has an impact far into the future.
Discovery - The Prelude to a New Era is a powerful and emotional survival story in which the protagonists face superior creatures, despair, and nearly insurmountable challenges. Along the way, they discover within themselves the courage, strength, and hope needed to survive even in the darkest times.
This is a story of resilience, friendship, and dreams—a reminder that hope shines even in the darkest moments, if you just look for it.
Key Intelligent Alien Species in the Book:
- Trappers: A species in search of territory. They have fought against the other aliens featured in the Overpowers book, and now they avoid them at all costs. Having once lost a war to the Overpowers, they want no rematch. Trappers lay various traps throughout the universe to capture spaceships and other species. Few vessels can bypass these snares. Trappers are small, threadlike, sparkling creatures.
- Hiders: Half-meter-tall beings with no appendages or bodily openings. Their original universe was destroyed long ago, and they now travel across other universes at speeds many times faster than the speed of light. They utilize and control the surrounding energy better than most alien species. Hiders are scattered in search of powerful energy sources, such as black holes, and their invisible, intelligent spaceships also seek out energy and essential materials. They are not interested in other species and avoid them.
- Overpowers: Large-sized, three meters tall, capable of using a wide range of different energy sources with finger-like appendages. They aim to dominate universes and have already conquered several. The Overpowers are skilled at harnessing various energy sources. Still, they seek to deepen their understanding of the world of energies and gain control over the energy of the realm of death. They "sense" other species' needs and use them to gain power. They manipulate others into joining their side and fighting on their behalf. They are always seeking new species with unique traits to enhance their strength. Some of their characteristics resemble narcissistic human behavior.
